Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Policy Overview & Consumer Guarantees

At Mind Trail Base Pty Ltd ("Mind Trail Base", "we", "us"), we are dedicated to delivering high-caliber educational mentorship in technical chart analysis and market structure mapping.

Our refund and cancellation policies comply with the statutory consumer guarantees provided under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), set out in Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). Under the ACL, you are entitled to a remedy if educational services fail to meet consumer guarantees.

2. Multi-Timeframe Mastery Intensive (6-Week Cohorts)

Because cohort seats are strictly capped at 15 analysts per intake, cancellations impact our studio scheduling and waiting applicants:

• Cancellation 14 or More Days Prior to Cohort Start: If you notify us in writing at least 14 calendar days before the first scheduled live session, you will receive a full 100% refund of all tuition paid, less a standard $75 AUD administrative processing fee.
• Cancellation Between 7 and 13 Days Prior to Start: You may elect to receive a 50% tuition refund or transfer 100% of your tuition credit to the subsequent cohort intake without penalty.
• Cancellation Within 7 Days of Cohort Start or Once Sessions Commence: Because course binder materials have been dispatched and individual seat capacity reserved, tuition is non-refundable once week 1 commences. However, if unforeseen medical or personal hardship arises, you may request a deferral to a future cohort.

3. Private 1-on-1 Chart Clinics & Trade Log Audits

Private chart clinics involve extensive pre-session trade log preparation by Ethan Parker:

• Rescheduling: You may reschedule your private 90-minute clinic date at no additional cost by providing at least 48 hours written notice prior to the scheduled appointment.
• Cancellations with Over 48 Hours Notice: Eligible for a full refund minus a $35 AUD administrative fee.
• Cancellations with Under 48 Hours Notice or No-Shows: If you cancel within 48 hours or fail to attend your booked clinic, the session fee is non-refundable because the diagnostic audit of your submitted trade logs has already been completed by the instructor.

4. Weekend Market Structure Masterclasses (In-Person Studio)

For in-person weekend masterclasses hosted at our Cootamundra training studio:

• Cancellations received at least 21 days prior to the masterclass weekend receive a 100% refund.
• Cancellations received between 7 and 20 days prior receive a 50% refund or full seat transfer to a future weekend date.
• Cancellations received within 7 days of the workshop are non-refundable due to catering commitments, workbook printing, and venue seat allocation.

5. Non-Refundable Items & Services

The following items and completed services are strictly non-refundable:

• Delivered 1-on-1 diagnostic consultation time and completed written Diagnostic Audit Reports.
• Physical workbook and printed Market Structure Atlas printing and postage fees once dispatched.
• Sessions attended or cohort weeks that have already concluded.

6. Refund Application & Processing Procedure

To request a refund or formal deferral:

1. Send a written request via email to info@mindtrailbase.click with the subject line "Refund Request - [Your Full Name]".
2. State the specific program, enrollment date, invoice number, and the reason for your request.
3. Our administrative desk will review your request against this policy within two business days.
4. Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days using the original method of payment (direct bank transfer or secure merchant credit).
